This year, in lieu of our survivor series, we had the honor of partnering with Zoe Freedom Center to celebrate 5 amazing women who are living in freedom from addiction.
There is so much focus on addiction, it was really important to me to be able to spend this time focusing what recovery looks like. We’ve normalized addiction – now let’s normalize recovery!
The before and after portraits (along with their stories) were debuted at their Image Bearer’s Gala, at Stevenson Ridge, in October of 2021. They currently travel as a local art show representing Zoe, are printed in the Image Bearer’s Magazine and are posted here below. If you would like to learn more about Zoe Freedom Center, click here.

THE OTHER SERENITY PRAYER: “God, grant me the serenity to stop blaming myself for not doing things perfectly, the courage to forgive myself because I’m working on doing better, and the wisdom to know that you already love me just the way I am.”
